Rates apply to all services, including telehealth: Initial Intake Assessment - 1st Session (60 mins) - $150.00 Individual Sessions (45-60 mins) - $125.00 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee (client responsibility) - $75.00
Payment
Fees will be due in full at the time of service, except in cases when a third-party payer is involved. Cash, check, and all major credit cards, including FSA, or HSA are accepted as forms of payment.

Services may be covered in full or in part depending on your current health insurance provider/plan. Please contact your insurance company directly with any questions about your plan's coverage before starting counseling services.
Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider to determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include benefits for mental health services?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it? Have I met my deductible yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions I can have per year? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for counseling services to be covered?
If you are hoping to use insurance benefits to help pay for counseling services, please reach out to your insurance company to confirm your copay and/or deductible by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card before your first appointment. If I do not accept your insurance at my practice, as an out-of-network provider, I am happy to offer a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is made, 24-hours’ notice of cancellation is required to avoid a No Show/Late Cancellation Fee. Clients who fail to reschedule or cancel an appointment 24-hours in advance will be charged $75.00 for the missed appointment. This fee will likely be charged to the client's account the same day of the missed appointment. The No Show/Late Cancellation Fee is a fee that clients are responsible to pay and is not billable to insurance.
